In a historic move for CP football in Australia, legendary CommBank Pararoos player Ben Roche has been appointed as the Para Teams Manager for both the CommBank Pararoos and CommBank ParaMatildas.
The announcement marks a significant step forward in advancing inclusivity and accessibility within Australian football. Roche, known for his outstanding contributions as a player for the CommBank Pararoos and his work with the Subway Olyroos and CommBank Matildas, brings a wealth of experience and passion to his new role.
Having been involved with the CommBank Pararoos since he was 11 and playing a pivotal role in the growth of the CommBank Pararoos program, Roche is well-equipped to lead both teams through a year of domestic training camps, national competitions, and the highly anticipated 2024 IFCPF Men's and Women's World Cups in Spain.
"I'm extremely grateful for the opportunity," Roche said.
