Pararoos fall to Argentina at World Champs

The Pararoos have finished 10th at the IFCPF World Championships following a 2-1 extra-time loss to Argentina overnight.

LAMMERT HAILS ‘INCREDIBLE’ PARAROOS

 “We knew we had a performance like this in us, but to draw with the Number 4 in the world after 60 minutes and only lose 1-2 in extra time is just incredible,” Pararoos coach Kai Lammert said.

“Of course we were all disappointed losing the game, but when this disappointment goes away all that should be left is pride.

“A top ten finish at the World Champs is far beyond what we could have expected going into the tournament.”
